Important guest information: Maximum occupancy is 8 people including infants and children per town permit (20-NCD0076). Check-in is 4 PM or later, check-out by 10 AM. The property maintains strict no-smoking and no-pet policies. Outdoor fires and charcoal BBQs are prohibited due to wildfire regulations. A separate garage apartment exists above the property with no shared walls or access. Sound monitoring equipment (Minut) measures decibel levels for neighbor consideration. Winter visitors should rent AWD/4WD vehicles due to 8,000-foot elevation. No air conditioning is available, though mountain breezes provide natural cooling.
