The layout features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with sleeping arrangements designed for maximum comfort. Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable king-size mattress and a large gear closet with blackout drapes. Bedroom 2 provides a secluded retreat with a comfy queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is a massive space featuring a queen bed, a chaise lounge, a bar table, and two hanging chairs. For additional guests, the living room includes a sofa bed approximately the size of a full bed.

Beyond the sleeping quarters, the home is filled with unique character, including a fun play room for kids and a private fenced backyard with a back porch. • Pets: 2 dogs max allowed with a $150 pet fee (must be crated if left alone; crate not provided)
• Parking: Maximum 2 cars per town rental permit
• Occupancy: Maximum 8 humans (including children/infants)
• Restrictions: No smoking, fire pits, or parties. Non-registered guests are not allowed.
• Quiet Hours: 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM (per town hours); please be mindful of neighbors.
• Note: Like most local homes, there is no A/C. To help keep cleaning costs low, guests are asked to start the dishwasher and a load of towels upon departure.
• Monitoring: A Minut noise meter is located on the kitchen ceiling to monitor decibel levels and protect the property.
