This spacious retreat is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of 8. The sleeping arrangements include a main floor king master suite with a walk-in closet and unreal views of Longs Peak, a downstairs en suite queen bedroom, and a third downstairs en suite with two twins that can be pushed together to form a king. For additional guests, a pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs den provides extra sleeping space.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee (please monitor pets as the 2.6 acres are unfenced)
• Rules: Strict no-smoking property (inside and outside). No outdoor fire pits or charcoal BBQs allowed.
• Guest Limit: Maximum of 8 guests, including infants and children.
• Important Notes: Please do not leave food in cars due to frequent bear activity. For winter visits (October to May), 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended given the 8,000-foot elevation. To keep cleaning fees low, guests are asked to start a load of dishes and towels upon checkout.
