Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This spacious residence features 5 bedrooms and 5 beds across three levels, with 3 bathrooms to accommodate your party. The upper level hosts a king bedroom with a nifty skylight and a second bedroom with four twins, including two tucked into a cozy dormer. The middle level offers two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed. On the lower level, a cozy bedroom contains a twin bunk set and an additional twin. Additional flexible sleeping options include a futon in the shuffleboard room and two queen beds that pull out from the massive sectional sofa in the second living room.

In the summer, guests can explore nearby lakes and ponds, with Harriman Reservoir just 20 minutes away and Lake Raponda a 16-minute drive. A car is required to navigate the area.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Entry is via a secure keypad.

• Pets: Pet-friendly with a fee of $25 per pet per night (maximum 4 pets).
• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping. No parties or events without prior approval.
• Requirements: A Rental Agreement must be e-signed immediately after booking. A $1,000 damage deposit hold is placed on credit cards and released a week after checkout.
• Note: The hot tub is sanitized and refilled regularly; it may take up to 10 hours to reach temperature upon arrival.
