The third bedroom provides a queen bed and a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains two double beds and its own TV. For additional flexibility, a trundle bed with two twin mattresses is available in the downstairs office.

Inside, you will find an elegant interior characterized by high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning lake views. The heart of the home includes a gas fireplace and an impressive 75” TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ subscriptions. The sophisticated dining room seats seven, complemented by a kitchen island and breakfast table that each hold four. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a blender, air fryer, rice maker, and a variety of coffee apparatus, including an espresso machine, French press, and Nespresso. • House Rules: This is a well and septic system; please flush only toilet paper. A $1,000 deposit is required for booking. A waiver is required for fire pit and lake access.
• Access: This is a two-story home requiring stairs. Guests may occasionally see maintenance staff on the grounds. For security, outdoor cameras are active on the front steps, driveway, and back porch; an internal environmental monitor (noise/motion) is also present.
