You may notice a fake alligator head floating in the pool. South Florida pools attract iguanas, who like to swim and sun themselves poolside (and leave a mess behind). The decoy alligator is a tried-and-true, harmless way to keep them out, so you can enjoy a clean pool during your stay. It won't bother you, it just floats but feel free to move it aside while swimming and set it back when you're done.

Please be sure to take all your belongings when checking out as we do charge a $40 service fee plus the cost of packing and shipping for any items left behind. Unfortunately it does happen quite often and our team spends about an hour per item to take to the post office and ship back to guests. We appreciate your understanding
