The cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 4. Inside, you will find a cozy living room perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, while the bedrooms are spacious and decorated with a warm and inviting feel. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals at home or organizing a quiet dinner on the terrace.

One of the standout features of this home is the large, expansive outdoor patio. Acting as a second living room, the patio includes a TV for catching movies or the big game after dinner, all while you listen to the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore.

• Pets: One dog up to 40 lbs is allowed. Pets must be kept off furniture, crated when left alone, supervised outside, and cleaned up after. A non-refundable pet fee applies.
• House Rules: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site throughout the stay. There must be one adult over 25 for every two individuals under 25.
• Restrictions: Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Parties, events, and commercial photography/videography are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden inside the home, on porches, or on balconies; violations will result in a $500 fine.
• Requirement: A Vacation Rental agreement must be e-signed by the guest after booking.
