The second floor provides another King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a cozy loft area with a futon, and a dedicated kids' room featuring two sets of bunk beds (four twin beds total) and its own ensuite bathroom. The bottom floor includes a third King bedroom with a Roku TV, a newly constructed bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a Queen sleeper sofa.

Entertainment is abundant throughout the property. The dedicated recreational room is a hub of fun with shuffleboard, ping pong, and a classic arcade game offering hundreds of options. Outside, you can enjoy cornhole, a charcoal grill, and a firepit. Guests can also take a dip in the seasonal swimming pool, which is open from June through August, weather permitting.

You are just 8 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport, 9 minutes from Sierra Nevada Brewery, and 11 minutes from Bold Rock Mills River Cidery. • Pets: One dog under 50 lbs allowed (maximum 2 pets per reservation) with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled and are not allowed on furniture. Yard must be cleaned during the stay.
