The home features a generous layout with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. For added convenience and accessibility, one bedroom is located downstairs, while the remaining four are situated upstairs. The heart of the home is an open living area anchored by a cozy gas fireplace, complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room perfect for preparing memorable family meals.

Endless entertainment awaits in the epic game room, where you can challenge friends to a game of pool, try for a high score on the arcade games, or enjoy a lively match of ping pong. Outside, your private oasis includes a screened-in, heated pool and a bubbling hot tub. You can fire up the propane grill for an afternoon barbecue or relax in the covered seating area, which comes complete with its own TV. For those quiet evenings, the fire pit provides a wonderful spot to connect and unwind.

Located in a cute, quiet neighborhood, the property is a short 5-minute walk or bike ride from the beautiful St. Augustine beaches and is only minutes away from the charm of downtown.

• Parking: Private driveway accommodates up to 4 cars
• Safety: A locked door provides a secure barrier between the main house and the outdoor pool area
• Pool/Spa: The heater and spa run on a set schedule (Spa: 7:00 PM to midnight). Effectiveness depends on outside temperatures, working best above 50°F.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets: One dog under 50 lbs is allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left alone, are not permitted on furniture, and guests must clean the yard.
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking before check-in information is provided.
• Refunds: All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee.
• Rentals: Bike and beach gear (chairs, coolers, boogie boards, cornhole, and umbrellas) are available for rent; please inquire about costs prior to arrival.
