About Property

Discover a truly unique getaway at the Retro Ranch, an enchanting escape nestled on the rolling hills of a sprawling 60-acre Micro Farm Resort in Indianapolis. This property offers the perfect blend of city accessibility and natural tranquility, providing a secluded country retreat that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle.

Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The layout includes a nostalgic throwback kitchen, classic hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace. A standout feature is the fourth bedroom, located in the sunroom and separated by a curtain for privacy, offering multiple sleeping arrangements to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

Step outside to a fenced-in yard that creates a cozy, intimate backyard for your stay. You can unwind on the covered back porch in the spacious hot tub, gather around the private fire pit for marshmallow roasting, or enjoy the retro game room for some indoor fun. The property is designed for relaxation, where you can enjoy the symphony of chirping crickets and dancing fireflies.

Nature lovers will be captivated by the estate's wildlife. From the comfort of the house, you can view horses, mini cows, and donkeys grazing in the pasture. Wander the scenic trails behind the grey metal pole barn to find a serene pond, where you might spot turtles, wild turkeys, or Harold, the resident blue heron. For those seeking adventure, guided kayak and canoe trips along the scenic White River are available for an additional fee.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and the airport, the ranch is conveniently positioned near the interstate and a nature preserve. Please note that because the home is located at the front of the property along a main road, some passing car noise may occur. The home utilizes well water with a softener for drinking quality.
