Welcome to the Barclay-Klum House, a meticulously restored 2-bedroom gem perfectly positioned within walking distance of the vibrant downtown area of Ashland, Oregon. Since this is a duplex-style home, guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs level, entered via a back staircase. Please note that stairs are required for access and the lower unit is not part of the rental, though it is occasionally used by friends or family. You will have the peace of mind that comes with a private stay, and we are happy to coordinate regarding the shared driveway if you have any questions.
