Two additional bedrooms share a hallway bathroom; one features a King bed, while the other is equipped with two Full over Full bunk beds. The downstairs is designed as a mother-in-law suite, providing a second living room, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a 4th bedroom, making it an ideal split-level arrangement for multi-generational families or separate groups traveling together.

Other local landmarks include UNR (3 min), Downtown/Midtown Reno (5 min), and the Reno Tahoe airport (15 min), with Truckee and Lake Tahoe reachable in 30-40 minutes.
