Important Guest Information: Pool heating is available for 90 EUR/day with a minimum 350 EUR fee. Maid service is complimentary for July-August direct bookings, or available for 125 EUR/day for other bookings. Fresh linen and towel service requires an additional 130 EUR laundry fee. Airport transfers are offered at 17 EUR/person with a minimum 170 EUR charge. Private chef services begin at 50 EUR/person. While the villa comfortably sleeps 19 guests, two additional beds can be arranged in larger bedrooms for maximum occupancy of 21 guests - please consider privacy preferences when making this decision. 1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
5. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
6. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 500 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
7. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
8. The gardener must be granted access to the villa, usually between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
9. The villa is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 1000 EUR FINE.
10. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee.
11. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.

1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please)
2. Load the dishwasher and put it on
3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.
