Additional rules
1. Trash day is generally on Monday (holidays change this). As the cans are in the garage, our crew will access these as needed to set the garbage outside for disposal.
2. Only the number of guests included on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Extra unaccounted for guests are not permitted. Please provide advance notice to any day "visitors" - a maximum of 4 may visit in addition to all registered guests.
3. Please be respectful of our property, our neighbors & our neighborhood.
4. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside; a minimum $3,000 fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside the residence.
5. No pets are permitted. Any undisclosed animals on the property will incur a minimum $350 cleaning fee.
6. No parties. Any reports of a party will be investigated; if found, the reservation will be immediately terminated and no refund will be provided.
7. No loud music or TV in the outside spaces after 10pm. We have friendly neighbors and want to keep it that way - please be respectful. We have many hardworking families in our neighborhood and they have the right to enjoy a quiet evening.
8. Please note that there is no daily maid service – while linens, towels, and toiletries are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive.
9. Please leave the house in the same overall condition as when you arrived. Your paid cleaning fee covers the cost to clean the property before your arrival. While we don't expect or ask you to "clean" the house prior to check out, we ask you to please not lease a "mess" - if a more substantial cleaning is needed, we will charge at a rate of $40 an hour.
10. Smart home technology can be finicky. While we will troubleshoot any issues that may arise, some issues may require specialized assistance, and may not be resolved prior to the end of your stay; by booking you are aware of and agree to this stipulation.
11. The outdoor area is "seasonal" and will be open / maintained from April 15th - October 15th. While certain amenities may be functional beyond these dates, others may be winterized. If particular amenities are of a concern, please ask prior to booking.
