This spacious 1,685 sqft layout is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is paired with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy for all guests. The property accommodates a total of 8 guests, with a specific capacity limit of 4 adults and 4 children.

While the condo provides a sanctuary of its own, guests have access to several wonderful resort features:

The onsite Crooked River Grill and Bar is highly sought-after for high-class, affordable meals, and the clubhouse pavilion hosts weekly live music. The resort is conveniently located 4 miles from Carrabelle, 20 miles from Eastpoint, 25 miles from Appalachicola, and 26 miles from St. George Island.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guests: Maximum 8 (4 adults and 4 kids); no outside visitors allowed
• Pets: Dogs allowed up to 35lbs (fee applies). Pets must be kenneled when left alone and are not permitted on furniture
• Requirements: An additional rental agreement is required after booking
• Policies: Trip insurance is highly recommended. Refunds for weather are only issued during mandatory county evacuations (less a 10% processing fee). No refunds for mechanical failure of amenities
• Note: Beach gear, bikes, and towels are not provided
