This beautiful home is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen bed, with one room featuring a bonus bunk bed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Inside, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar complete with stainless steel appliances, providing everything needed to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the cottage includes on-site laundry facilities. Outside, guests can relax on the nice manicured lawn for family and chill time, and a deck box is provided, filled with beach chairs and fun toys for the water.

Location is everything at Ocean Mist. You are just a short walk from a local grocery store, Thomas Donuts, and a souvenir shop. A mere 3-mile drive takes you to the massive shopping and entertainment hub of Pier Park or the Frank Brown sports complex. For those seeking adventure, you are minutes away from Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Wonderworks, Zooworld, and Gulf World, as well as opportunities for scuba diving, snorkeling, and charter fishing. While the beach and eateries are within walking distance, a vehicle is recommended for wider sightseeing.

Practical details and house rules ensure a seamless stay. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome under specific conditions: one dog up to 40 lbs is allowed, provided it stays off furniture, is crated when alone, and is supervised outdoors. A non-refundable pet fee applies. Please note that a Vacation Rental agreement must be e-signed after booking, and per Bay County STR Compliance Code in March, a DL photo and names of all occupants are required. The primary tenant must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site throughout the stay. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home, on porches, or on balconies, with violations resulting in a $500 fine. Guests have access to the entire house; however, the area behind the property is the neighbor's land and must be respected and used only in emergencies.
