Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests have full access to a private pool and a propane grill, along with a screened outdoor space that includes a peaceful hammock for afternoon naps. For those wanting a warmer swim, pool heat is available for an additional fee.

Located on the west end of the island, the Plantation is a gated community renowned for its amazing sunsets. Please note that this community requires a separate mandatory rental agreement to be signed via DocuSign to grant guard shack entrance and access to resort amenities. A car is necessary for transportation, as golf carts, boats, RVs, and trailers are not permitted within the Plantation. Parking is available for 3 cars, with potential for more if parked nose to tail.

• A refundable damage deposit of $500 or a $35 damage waiver is required via Truvi
• No refunds due to weather; travel insurance is highly recommended during hurricane season
• The property is equipped with two Ring cameras at the front and back doors for security; these must not be disabled
