The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the main level features a Master Bedroom with 1 king bed and an en suite bathroom; the second level contains a second bedroom with 1 queen bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a third bedroom equipped with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed (utilizing the hall bathroom). For additional flexibility, a sleeper sofa is also available.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A 7-night minimum stay is required year-round. The minimum renter age is 25, and a guest aged 25 or older must reside on the property throughout the stay. This is a non-smoking property, and pets (including therapy pets) are strictly prohibited. Per HOA rules, motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed. Guests must choose between a $49 damage waiver or a refundable $900 security deposit. Please note that the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and photo ID.
