• Entertainment: A 20-seat authentic movie theater with a 120” screen and candy dispensary, a Billiards room, and an Entertainment Garage featuring a Jurassic Park pinball machine, 50-game arcade, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a bouncy house.
• Wellness & Spa: Two steam rooms with custom murals, a 4-person infrared sauna, and two hot tubs—one overlooking the landscape from the third-floor turret.
• Outdoor Living: A custom 20’x40’ heated pool, an incredible Daniel Woodlands treehouse playground, a semi-professional volleyball court, and two gas fire pits.
