Designed for comfort and connection, the home features a thoughtfully arranged layout. The main cottage offers three bedrooms and one full bathroom, including a primary bedroom with a plush king bed and hotel-quality linens, and a guest bedroom featuring two queen beds with a convenient in-room washer and dryer. For additional space, the detached bunkhouse serves as a guest favorite—especially for children and teens—sleeping up to five guests with a bunk bed and sleeper sofa, complete with its own Smart TV, mini fridge, and heating and A/C.

Experience the outdoors with 180 feet of private, rocky shoreline where you can watch deer, eagles, and cormorants from the expansive waterfront deck. The property is designed for outdoor living, featuring a bayfront fire pit with Adirondack chairs and provided firewood for stargazing and s'mores. Guests can enjoy the water via four kayaks and a paddleboard (available late spring through early fall) or relax in the hammock tucked among cedar trees.

Inside, the home blends classic charm with modern amenities. The heart of the cottage is a highly praised, exceptionally stocked kitchen featuring high-quality nonstick cookware, a coffee station, and an open layout that keeps the cook part of the conversation. The bright living space boasts big bay windows facing the water and a cozy wood-burning stone fireplace (available late October through April) for those chilly peninsula nights.

Located down a quiet private road, the retreat is approximately 15–25 minutes from downtown Sturgeon Bay's shopping and restaurants, and just minutes from the scenic overlooks of Potawatomi State Park.
