The BBQ grill is an additional fee of $70/stay plus tax and must be requested and paid for in advance. Emerald Island Resort requires a resort fee of $20 per vehicle per stay. This is paid directly to the resort community. Guest contact information is required to complete the registration. The information will be taken from the rental contract. One pet allowed with prior approval of the owner. Maximum of 40lbs. Breed restrictions apply. $250 fee per pet applies, if approval. Pet agreement must be signed. No parties allowed. No events are allowed.
