Sleeping Arrangements This beautiful cabin features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. The first floor includes two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, while upstairs you'll find a third king bedroom with private en suite bath, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two triple-stacked beds perfect for children. A sleeper sofa in the main living area provides additional flexibility.

Practical Information Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Maximum occupancy: 16 guests at all times. The bunk room is best suited for children. No parties, drugs, or smoking permitted. Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone. A signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold are required. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Please note that Hochatown features dirt country roads - trucks, SUVs, or higher-profile vehicles are recommended. Exterior security cameras are located at entry doors for safety.
