The sleeping arrangements include three luxurious king beds and one queen bed, along with a cozy bunk room featuring two triple-stacked bunk beds (best suited for children). A convenient sleeper sofa in the open-concept living area provides additional flexibility for larger groups. The layout is spread across two levels of open-concept living, highlighted by soaring vaulted ceilings, knotted wood details, and an indoor gas fireplace.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The primary renter must be 25 years or older. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional fee; they must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone. No parties, drugs, or smoking are permitted. A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold are required. Please note that the property is located on country dirt roads; trucks or SUVs are recommended. Due to the mountain setting, wildlife may be present, and guests are asked to keep doors closed at night. Fire pit use is subject to McCurtain County burn bans.
