Important Booking Information: Summer season (mid-June through mid-August) requires weekly Friday-to-Friday bookings with a one-week minimum stay. Base rates include up to 35 guests, with additional guests charged $25 per person per night. Required fees include property damage insurance at $50 per night, plus applicable sales tax and cleaning fees. Key codes are provided 7-10 days prior to arrival.
