• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are warmly welcome with a $100 fee per dog (please provide advance notice and bring waste bags).
• Security: The property is equipped with multiple locks, audible alarms, and an exterior security camera for your peace of mind.
• Neighborhood Policy: As this is a residential area, we ask guests to avoid loud, large parties and treat neighbors with respect.
• Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival; 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival; non-refundable within 7 days.
