Welcome to our brand new beach home in Panama City, Florida! Newly built in 2023 and furnished in a modern coastal style, this spacious and charming residence is just steps away from the beautiful white sands of PCB, making it perfect for family gatherings, entertaining, or simply unwinding after a long day at the shore.

This property is one side of a duplex and is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find an open floor living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor also hosts Bedroom 1, which includes a king bed, SMART TV, a private bathroom, and direct entrance to the backyard. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience during your stay.

The second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a dedicated bunk area. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, SMART TV, and a private balcony where you can enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom 3 includes a king bed, SMART TV, and a private bathroom. The bunk area is equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and a SMART TV, with a shared bathroom serving both Bedroom 2 and the bunk area.

A short 3-minute drive takes you to St. Andrews Bay and world-famous dining at Captain Anderson's and The Grand Marlin.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (No chores checkout)
• Primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay
• No smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed
• Exterior video surveillance is active for your security
• Base price covers 10 guests; additional guests (including children over 2) are $25 per guest per night
• Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; no refund within 30 days
