Designed for both connection and privacy, the mansion features 12 bedrooms, 12 beds, and 12 bathrooms. The layout consists of two distinct and fully contained accommodation levels, each with its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living areas, and full-size washers and dryers. Each level offers 6 suites: 4 queen bed suites and 2 double twin bed suites (which can be converted to kings upon request). Every suite is a private sanctuary featuring a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, large vanity, and high-grade fixtures.

Beyond the sleeping quarters, guests can enjoy five social gathering areas. The grand formal dining hall is ideal for board meetings or large family dinners, while the third floor is a destination of its own. This level hosts an oversized game room and an outdoor entertaining deck with unobstructed views of downtown and the surrounding peaks.
