1. Accessibility

This cabin is not wheelchair accessible.

2. Parking

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per cabin. • Parking is restricted to designated areas only • RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted • Do not park on grass or surrounding natural areas

3. Pets

Up to 2 dogs are allowed. • No cats or other animals permitted • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside • Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated • Guests must clean up all pet waste immediately

Unauthorized pets or failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or eviction.

4. Vehicle & Winter Access

4x4 or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during winter months due to snow and road conditions.

No refunds will be issued due to inability to access the property resulting from weather or failure to follow this recommendation.

5. Smoking, Vaping & Controlled Substances

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.

If evidence of smoking is found (including odor requiring remediation), a minimum $250–$500 cleaning fee will be charged.

6. Parties & Events

Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and may include additional charges.

7. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption is permitted inside the cabin.

⚠️ Open containers are not allowed outside. Park rangers actively patrol the area and may issue fines for violations.

8. Hunting & Wildlife

Hunting or trapping is strictly prohibited on the property.

Nearby Pennsylvania State Game Lands provide thousands of acres for legal hunting.

Guests should respect wildlife and avoid feeding or approaching animals.

9. Noise & Community Respect

These cabins are located in a peaceful, natural setting. Please respect neighboring cabins and guests.

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

10. Personal Property

The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

11. Short-Term Stay Only

This reservation is for transient lodging only. Guests may not establish residency or sublet the property.

12. Checkout & Late Checkout Policy

Checkout time is 10:00 AM sharp to allow cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.

• Unauthorized late checkouts are not permitted • Guests must fully vacate the cabin by 10:00 AM unless prior approval is granted

Late Checkout Fees: • Up to 30 minutes past checkout: $50 • 30–60 minutes past checkout: $100 • Over 60 minutes past checkout: $150+ (or equivalent to additional operational costs)

Late departures that delay cleaning or impact incoming guests may result in additional charges beyond the amounts listed above.

Continued occupancy beyond checkout without approval may be treated as a holdover and charged accordingly.
