This configuration comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
As part of the Kapilana Resort, guests have access to a community pool located less than 100 feet away. For those seeking adventure, there is a boat rental exclusive to Kapilana property guests. You can rent a Lowe Tritoon with a 200 HP motor, which includes lifejackets and a tube. A discounted rate of $495/day is available to guests, with further discounts for extended stays (3-day weekday or 4-day weekend bookings). Please note that boat rental requires the driver to be born before 1984 or hold a Missouri Boaters license, and availability is subject to early booking.

• KAPILANA RESORT CONDOS: We’re happy to host you! This is a family-friendly condo complex and we want all guests — and our neighbors — to enjoy their stay. Our house rules are in place to help ensure a great experience for everyone. We simply ask that guests be respectful, considerate, and enjoy themselves responsibly. • NO SMOKING (including Vaping) in condos, on patios, and decks! If need to smoke please use parking lot. We have a fire suppression & alarm system and if it goes off and/or call the fire dept. the guest will be responsible for all damages and charges. There is a $250 charge for violation of smoking rules • NOISE AND PARTIES: Since we are in a Family friendly condo complex - Parties, loud music, loud TV, and disruptive behavior are not allowed at any time — quiet hours are strictly 9 PM to 7 AM. Each condo is equipped with its own noise monitor that will alert both you and us if excessive noise occurs. Three noise monitor alerts or other disruptive behavior will result in a $250 fine, immediate removal, and/or involvement of Osage Beach police. Lastly, tampering with noise monitor will be grounds for immediate removal.
• Check-out: on the day you leave, check-out is at 10 am so we can prepare for the next guests and your door code will no longer work after 10AM. Late checkout fee is $150.00. Essentially return it the way you found it. Please dispose of any leftover food and alcohol. Please turn off all lights, secure patio doors, lock front door. • Please do not allow pets to be on beds or furniture. Crate them when not in condo, please pick up all their poop, and put in outside trash containers. • Remotes: The remotes are programmed to their TV so the one in the bedroom only works in the bedroom and same for living room. Do not use them in other units. We also have YouTube TV for guests enjoyment. If you want to connect your own account for any streaming services, just make sure to log out prior to leaving. Do not log out of the YouTube TV account. Lost remote fee • Towels: There are 6 pool towels for use at the pool only (do not use at the beach, or for anything else the black mud will stain them). Please leave all white towels in the condo (there will be a charge for missing or damaged towels of $30/towel). •We provide high-quality soaps, body wash, shampoos, and conditioners for you to enjoy during your stay. Please do not remove these from the condo — a $25 fee will be charged for any missing bottles. Kindly return them to their original spot before checkout, and if you notice any missing items, please let us know upon check-in.
