The beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens for a peaceful night's sleep, and the primary bedroom treats guests to a breathtaking view of the ocean. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a brand new couch, a newly furnished dining area with a stylish table, and a state-of-the-art LED TV with cable and streaming apps. For added convenience, each room also includes its own new 32-inch smart TV.

Perfectly situated between two sandy beaches, the location is ideal for nature lovers. You can snorkel with sea turtles and tropical fish in the coral right in front of the building or stroll to nearby beaches. From January to April, the lanai serves as a prime viewing spot for whale watching. Groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within a short walk. Guests are also encouraged to explore the wider island, including the Road to Hana, Haleakala, and Paia, as Kihei remains fully operational and welcoming to visitors.

· Check in time: strictly 4pm, unless otherwise discussed as we have to give time to make sure cleaning is complete · Checkout time: 10am, promptly · Quiet house: 9pm-8am · Parking: At Kamaole Nalu, each condominium is allowed 1 parking spot per unit. Please place the parking tag in the front window of your vehicle. These are found inside the condo. The parking spots are tight, and during peak season larger cars do best backing into spots. · Entrance: You can unload your car and utilize the shopping carts by the whale mural by the postal boxes. The elevators to the 6th floor are right around the corner from the mural. We are the second door condo on the right after taking a left from the elevator · Wifi: SpectrumSetup-8D Password: manyidea659 · Pool Code: 9874 · Beach Access: there is direct Kam Beach Park II access from our condo, just go to oceanfront and take a left down the dirt path (you’ll see all the people), or walk a little further left along the groomed grass to the concrete stairs. · Sunset: Feel free to join other condo members downstairs for a sweeping sunset each night · Air Conditioning: The newly installed air conditioning is for your comfort. Please enjoy! However, to optimize the air conditioning, when running the units in the bedroom please keep bedroom doors closed. This allows the bedrooms to properly cool off. If the lanai doors are open, please turn off the air conditioning in the living room. This prevents unwanted electricity waste. To also aid in cooling down the condo keep windows and doors closed when units are running. Also, closing shades helps as well. Please turn the air conditioning off at check out. · Grill: There are two nice new grills downstairs by the pool overlooking the ocean, please feel free to use these! · Kitchen: We have equipped the kitchen with necessities for cooking and tropical drink making. Please feel free to use as you need. Some coffee Nespresso Vertuo pods are in the cabinets under the mirrors. There are more pods available at your local stores. · Electric Stove Top: Make sure it is unlocked by holding down the “lock” button. Then you will turn the burner you want on by hitting the corresponding button, some burners have a dual burner option for more heat. Then you will adjust the heat level in the center after turning on the burner. · Maui’s tropical environment: The island of Maui is a tropical island, and as such there are plenty of insects and bugs. Please keep the lanai doors closed when not on the patio. Additionally, please wrap or conceal open food as this will attract ants and other insects. This includes leaving dishes in the sink while away/overnight or opened food on the counter- this can attract ants/bugs. The building regularly provides pest control treatments. If you accidentally leave doors open at night with lights on (its is easy to forget sometimes) it will potentially attract a lot of bugs, if this happens don’t worry we have bug killer under the sink to use as needed. · Beach chairs: please feel free to use any of the 4 beach chairs with the cooler for the beach!
