The home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior features a cozy living room furnished with brand new pieces from West Elm and Pottery Barn, centered around a new 65-inch smart TV. Both main bedrooms are located off the main hallway and are equipped with new Luxe Helix mattresses and hotel-quality sheets to ensure a restful stay. A new full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor. For additional convenience, the basement provides access to a washer and dryer as well as a second full bathroom with a bathtub, though please note there are approximately 10 steep steps to reach the downstairs area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The fenced-in backyard features a small concrete patio complete with a bbq grill and a comfortable sitting area. This space is pet-friendly, though it consists of concrete rather than grass.

You are situated in the heart of The Hill, sandwiched between local favorites like Zia's, Milo's Bocce Garden, Gelato Di Roso, Pizzeria de Gloria, and the famous Missouri Bakery—where the chocolate drops are a must-try. The neighborhood is great for walking dogs, with a local park nearby and the amazing pet-friendly park, BarK, located less than a mile away.
