The property consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 beds across 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The first residence, The Penthouse, is a light-filled luxury escape perched on the top floor of the main home. It features eight dramatic skylights, a king-sized bed, and two clever custom built-in twin beds tucked into a cozy alcove. This space also includes a hidden kids playroom behind a secret door and a rainfall shower.

The Historic Hodge House allows guests to step back in time without sacrificing modern comforts. Dating back to the early 1900s, this beautifully restored home features two spacious king suites, each with its own private en-suite bathroom and luxurious rainfall shower. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a Koala couch that converts into a Queen Bed. Original architectural details and oversized windows create an inviting atmosphere that balances history and luxury.

• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee of $150 per pet. Please note this is not a deposit. Unauthorized pets may result in a $300 fine per pet and reservation cancellation.
• House Rules: No parties or loud events. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
• Safety: Equipped with smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, and exterior security cameras at the parking area and front door.
