On the main level, the Spring, Summer, and Fall rooms each feature a King bed and individual Smart TVs, with the Spring room offering an en-suite full bathroom with a dual vanity. The lower level hosts the Winter room, a versatile sleeping space equipped with two full bunkbeds, two twin bunkbeds, and a twin trundle, along with its own full bathroom. To ensure a restful night's sleep, bedrooms are furnished with memory foam beds, soft bedding, and white noise machines.

Designed for entertainment and relaxation, the home offers an array of features for all ages. Adults can enjoy the poker table or unwind in the 7-person hot tub under twinkling lights, while children and those young at heart will love the Nintendo Wii, PS4, Atari, shuffleboard, and foosball tables. Outside, the experience continues with a Solo smokeless fire pit for s'mores, cornhole, ladder golf, and swinging hammock chairs.

Nestled in nature yet conveniently located, the property provides restful seclusion while remaining minutes away from local highlights. Guests are just a short drive from Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian State University, and the charming downtown areas of both Boone and Blowing Rock. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Appalachian Mountain Ski Resort, Moses Cone Memorial Park, and Glen Burney Falls are all within easy reach.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The home is pet-friendly, though an additional fee of $150 per pet applies. Please note that a maximum of four vehicles is permitted on-site. During winter months, AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicles with chains are strongly recommended due to unpredictable weather.
