The home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom, Queen beds in two guest bedrooms, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and two twin rollaway cots to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

You are perfectly positioned to explore the best of the region, located just 3 miles from the beach and Sunset Ave Public Beach, 2.5 miles from the upscale shopping and dining at Royal Poinciana Plaza, and 2.7 miles from the lively atmosphere of Clematis Street and Rosemary Square. Local shops and dining are conveniently situated within half a mile.

- Pets: One dog is allowed with prior approval, disclosure of breed and weight, and a pet fee. Dogs under one year or restricted breeds (including Labradors) are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. Protective couch covers are provided.
- Pool Heating: Available Nov–Apr during daytime hours. From May‐Oct, optional heating is available for $30 per night. Please note that pool controls are managed by the team; tampering may result in a $500 fee.

Important: We require a rental agreement, copy of government issued ID and a $300 or $500 security hold on your credit card which is released 3 days after check out if the home is left without incidence. This is required for the release of door codes. Additionally, use of certain amenities, including the grill, trampoline, and bicycles, requires signing a liability waiver prior to use. This is for the safety and protection of both guests and the property owner.
Our garbage removal service comes to bring up the garbage cans on Monday and Thursday and returns them on Tuesday and Friday. You will see them accessing the garbage cans. Depending on the dates of your stay, you may encounter our pool service, landscapers or pest control team.
A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee at dog friendly properties. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
There is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $500.
The Pool is heated to 85° during the day from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. Temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is locked, for management use only. Use of pool heater outside of these months requires a $30 per night charge.
There are no parties or events allowed. Please take note of local town ordinance to keep noise down to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 8am. Please be aware that violating this rule may lead to immediate termination of your stay and additional fees.
Use of amenities implies acceptance of associated risks. Example: Swimming Pool, Grill, Trampoline, etc. (Ensure to open grill cover before lighting and shut off propane after use).
We require our guests to be 25 years or older to rent a home.
There is an additional mid-stay cleaning fee that applies to bookings of greater than 21 days.
