The downstairs offers a quiet king bedroom and a versatile loft room featuring two twin beds and two queen beds with a TV, creating a fun sleepover zone for groups.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum booking age is 25 with a valid ID required. Guests must sign a separate Renter's Agreement to complete their booking. Please note that no parties, smoking, or illegal activities are permitted, and parking in the garage is prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 dogs (preferably aged 2+), subject to a $250 pet fee. Dogs may not be left home alone unless crated. Please note we have a strict list of restricted breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, and several others. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.
