Following your booking, you'll receive a rental agreement via email for signature. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card (similar to hotel practices) and automatically refunded 3 days after checkout if no excess cleaning or damage occurs. Pet fees are $150 per pet (maximum 2 pets). Our Lost & Found Policy includes a 14-day holding period with a $35 management fee for returns, requiring guests to provide prepaid shipping labels.
