Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms—two of which feature ensuites and the third offering balcony access—along with a dedicated kids' bunk room containing two twin-over-twin bunks. For additional flexibility, the upstairs loft includes a full pull-out sleeper sofa with balcony access, and the living room provides a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The interior is fully renovated, boasting fresh LVP flooring, designer-tiled bathrooms, sparkling countertops, and chic coastal décor.

Located just minutes from the shore, guests can enjoy a relaxing 10-minute stroll to Pompano Street Beach. The property is centrally positioned near Destin's best attractions, including Destin Commons (3 min), Henderson Beach State Park (5 min), Silver Sands Premium Outlets (9 min), and Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park (9 min). Crab Island and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk are also within a short drive for snorkeling and pontoon rentals.

House Rules

Rental agreement must be signed and a security deposit HOLD (not a charge) must be taken care of after booking. You will receive a separate notification once your booking is confirmed. The security deposit is automatically held 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure.

Door access code is sent to you an hour before check-in, as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the security deposit has been successfully held.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. During the summer season, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins. The 4 PM check-in time allows our cleaning crew enough time to prepare the home for your arrival.

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, pot, hookah, drugs, etc.) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, a $500 smoke remediation fee will be charged.

Visitors: Any visitors must leave the premises by 10 PM, the start of quiet hours.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Additional guests will be charged $75 per night per guest.

Party Policy: This home is not for parties or events. Please, no parties.

Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are permitted in the house for a small additional fee and are subject to the “Pet Addendum” below. No cats are allowed.

Please note: You will be invoiced separately after your booking is accepted. Pets are charged at a flat rate of $200 per dog, per stay. Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation. A penalty fee will also apply if an undeclared pet is brought on-site.

Golf Cart Parking: Golf carts must be parked in the driveway. Security monitors this 24/7, and if a fine is issued due to improper parking, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

Pool Policy: The pool is shared with the neighborhood. Please follow all posted safety rules. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. Provided pool bands must be worn at all times while at the pool. Lost pool bands will incur a $20 replacement fee each.

BBQ: A charcoal grill is provided for your use. Please bring your own charcoal and move the grill away from under the patio before using. There is also a large grilling area steps away at the community pool.

Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags in the large outdoor bins during your stay. Trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Kindly wheel bins to the street for pickup and return them afterward.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Please clean out the lint trap before using the dryer.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM daily

Damages: Refer to the rental agreement. Guests are financially responsible for property damage. The agent is authorized to charge your credit card for damage, theft, flea infestations from pets, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning, evidence of smoking, and violations of occupancy or parking limits, along with any other policies outlined in the rental agreement.

Off-Limit Areas: Owners’ closets located in the kitchen and upstairs hallway are not accessible to guests.

Security Cameras: For your safety, there are two outdoor security cameras actively recording—one is the doorbell and the other faces the driveway.

Pet Addendum To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following: ★ The dog is under 50 lbs and at least 1 year old ★ Dogs are housebroken and current on all vaccinations ★ Guests will control their dog(s) at all times ★ Guests must report any damage caused by their dog(s) ★ Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home ★ Guests will pay for any pet-related damage exceeding the deposit ★ Unreported damage discovered by the host will be documented and costs deducted from the deposit ★ Heartworm prevention is highly recommended ★ Guests will comply with all leash laws, licensing, and local pet ordinances ★ Guests must clean up after their dog(s) ★ Dogs must not be noisy, aggressive, or disruptive ★ No personal dog beds or other items may be washed in the washer/dryer
