Important guest information: Minimum booking age is 25 with valid ID required. All guests must sign a separate legal Guest Agreement from the property's law firm detailing rules and policies. Maximum 2 dogs permitted (age 2+ preferred) with $250 pet fee and breed restrictions apply. The yard is not fenced. Indoor fireplace is currently unavailable. Only the basement queen bedroom has a door for privacy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Strict no parties, no smoking, and registered guests only policies are enforced. Optional concierge services available including personal chef, in-home massage, photography, and transportation.
