About Property

Discover Seven Pines Haven, a modern luxury forest retreat nestled among towering pines in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This purpose-built family haven offers a seamless blend of spacious comfort and adventurous spirit, making it the perfect home base for groups seeking both serenity and excitement in the heart of Hochatown.

Designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, the cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include two luxury King suites—one featuring a spa-inspired ensuite with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower—and a charming bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks for the kids. An open game loft adds a twin daybed, ensuring everyone has their own retreat while keeping the group together.

Inside, the heart of the home is an open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings, panoramic forest views, and a distinctive crystal-rock fireplace (seasonal Oct–Apr). The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave drawer, and a dedicated coffee bar with gourmet syrups. For those blending work and play, a dedicated home office includes a desk, monitor, and hard-wired ethernet connection.

Outdoor living is where the property truly shines. The expansive covered deck features a gas log fireplace (seasonal), lounge seating, and a foosball table. Below, a private hot tub is tucked under the trees for ultimate relaxation. The Backyard Adventure Zone is a paradise for children, featuring a mini rock wall, spider swings, hammocks, and cornhole boards. Evenings are best spent around the firepit under the stars with s’mores.
