Welcome to Evergreen Cabin, a peaceful Adirondack retreat nestled on nearly an acre of wooded paradise in the rustic AuSable Acres neighborhood of Jay, New York. Surrounded by towering birch and pine trees, this cozy cabin offers the ultimate escape for families and friends looking to immerse themselves in nature.

The cabin is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level features an open-concept living area with high vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace, alongside a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dedicated dining space. Sleeping arrangements on the main floor include a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms each featuring a queen bed. A second full bathroom is also located on this level. Upstairs, an open loft provides a cozy conversation area with a desk and four twin beds. The finished basement houses a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a dedicated game and media room equipped with a TV, surround sound, foosball, a mini pool table, a putting green, and board games. Please note the basement has no windows.

Located in a prime spot for outdoor enthusiasts, the property is just 11 miles (20 minutes) from Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort and 20 miles (35 minutes) from Lake Placid. Guests can enjoy HOA access to hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tennis, and pickleball courts, as well as lake access with a pavilion, playground, and sports courts. The nearby Ausable River is excellent for fishing and water activities in the Flume area.

• Pets: Dogs welcome (up to two) at $75 per dog; no cats allowed.
• Rules: No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or garage. Underage drinking is prohibited. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Capacity: Limited to 12 guests; unavailable for large gatherings.
• Parking: One unoccupied camper/RV allowed per HOA rules; all guests must sleep inside the cabin.
• Security: Exterior cameras at the front entry and driveway, and a privacy-safe noise monitor (no audio/recording).
