This updated log cabin is situated on nearly one acre of land, beautifully surrounded by tall birch and pine trees, offering the perfect balance of nature and comfort.

Designed for relaxation, the home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main floor consists of a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a stylish modern bathroom with a step-in shower. For additional sleeping, there is a sitting room with a full-sized pull-out couch and a cozy loft upstairs featuring a comfortable queen bed. Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are shallow and steep.

The heart of the home is an open-concept main space with high vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that fill the room with natural light. Here, you can unwind in the living room with the warmth of a propane stove, enjoy a record player with vinyl albums, or utilize the dedicated workspace. The well-appointed galley kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and dual coffee maker. Outside, the fenced backyard is a carefree paradise for your pups, featuring a relaxing hot tub, a deck, and a chiminea for evening fires.

Located in a peaceful wooded area, you are just 11 miles (20 minutes) from Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort via a scenic notch along the West Branch of the Ausable River. Lake Placid is a short 35-minute drive away. Guests have access to AuSable Acres HOA amenities, including hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and lake access with a pavilion, playground, and sports courts.

• Pets: Up to two dogs welcome ($75 per dog, per stay); no cats due to guest allergies.
• House Rules: Neighborhood quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, vaping, and underage drinking are prohibited. Furniture must not be moved.
• Safety: An exterior security camera is located at the front door entry.
• Winter Advisory: The driveway is plowed but steep; 4WD, AWD, or snow tires are highly recommended.
• Parking: One unoccupied camper/RV may be parked per HOA rules.
