This expansive home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests (excluding infants). The main level boasts an open-concept layout with lovely wood-covered vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. This floor includes a living room with a fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar and skylight, a dining area that seats eight, and a laundry room. Sleeping arrangements on the main floor consist of a primary bedroom with a king bed and jetted tub ensuite, and a second bedroom with a queen bed. The finished lower level is an entertainment hub featuring a game room with pool and foosball tables, a wood stove, and two additional bedrooms—one with two queen beds and a bunkroom equipped with two twin-over-full bunks and a daybed.

Located in the heart of the High Peaks region, the cabin is just 11 miles (a 20-minute scenic drive) from Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort and 20 miles from the charming downtown shops and dining of Lake Placid. Residents of the AuSable Acres community enjoy local hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tennis, and pickleball courts, as well as Ausable River fishing and lake access with a pavilion and playground.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Town of Jay ordinance prohibits audible sounds extending beyond the property line.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Restrictions: No large gatherings, events, or parties. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin and garage. Underage drinking is not allowed.
• Parking: One unoccupied camper/RV may be parked on-site; guests must sleep inside the cabin. Violation results in a $500 fine and immediate vacation of the property.
• Security: Three exterior cameras (entry, driveway, backyard) and an internal privacy-safe noise monitor are in use.
