• Pets: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 lbs allowed with a $50 per visit fee. Pets must be up-to-date on shots and flea protection, crated when the owner leaves the house, and kept off beds and furniture. Guests must pick up after pets outdoors. Note: Evidence of an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 charge.
