The property consists of two coastal cottages, making it a perfect spot for extended families or couples traveling together. The main house features two bedrooms and one bathroom, including a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest room with a queen bed, alongside a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The separate guest cottage provides a third bedroom with a queen bed and a second bathroom, offering a private sanctuary with its own exterior entry, TV, and a second coffee maker for morning convenience.

Inside, you will find a wide-open floor plan with a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a comfy living room, and a beautifully decorated dining space. To ensure a restful stay, pristine bedrooms are highlighted by quality linens and comfortable mattresses, while mini splits provide perfect temperature control year-round.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. Guests can enjoy the Gulf breezes from the outdoor seating areas or cook up a feast on the propane grill. For adventure seekers, two single kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are available for use, though guests should note that launching is tide-dependent.
