The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 16 guests across five elegantly designed bedrooms. On the main level, you will find three bedrooms each featuring a queen bed. The lower level offers a versatile sleeping arrangement with one queen bed in the fifth bedroom and a fourth bedroom equipped with two full bunk beds and two twin bunk beds, making it an excellent space for children or larger groups. The layout is completed by two bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels to ensure an effortless stay.

At the heart of the home is a fully stocked kitchen and dining area where meals turn into memories. The space includes a Keurig bar with coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and loose grounds, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. The main living room is spacious and open, flooded with sunlight from huge windows and featuring a smart Roku TV for endless entertainment. For ultimate relaxation, guests can unwind by the fireplace or soak in the hot tub.

Located in a prime area, the home is within walking distance to the center of Old Colorado City. You are just 1.2 miles from the U.S. Olympic Museum, 1.6 miles from Downtown Colorado Springs, 3.8 miles from the breathtaking Garden of the Gods, and a short 15-minute drive to Pikes Peak.

Practical amenities include a dedicated laundry room with detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and an ironing board. Parking is available at the back of the house with space for up to 6 cars, as well as street parking in front. Access is seamless via digital door codes for both the front and back entrances.

• Extra Guests: For groups larger than 6, a fee of $20 per person applies
• Late Check-out: Up to 2 hours is free with prior approval; unauthorized or extended late check-outs incur a fee of $100+
• House Rules: Please do not move any furniture within the home.
