1. Check-In/Check-Out Times:

   • Check-in: After 4 PM
   • Check-out: By 11 AM
   • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.

2. No Parties or Events:

   • This property is for quiet, relaxing stays. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

3. No Smoking:

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Any indoor smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. No Pets:

   • Pets are not allowed to ensure the space remains allergen-free for all guests.

5. Maximum Occupancy:

   • The cabin accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

6. Quiet Hours:

   • Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the surrounding nature.

7. Respect for Nature:

   • Please leave no trace. Refrain from littering, and be mindful of the local wildlife and natural environment.

8. Hot Tub Usage:

   • Please shower before entering the hot tub, avoid using glass containers around the area, and follow any provided instructions for safe use.

9. Respect Property and Amenities:

   • Please treat the space and amenities with respect, and report any damages or issues immediately via the in-app messaging.

(Please do not attempt to enter the Owner’s closet; it has a smart lock identical to the front door and is not for Guest use)

10. Trash Disposal:

• Follow guidelines for trash and recycling disposal. Keep trash secure from wildlife if placed outside.

11. Kitchen Sink:

• There’s no garbage disposal—please avoid putting food scraps or grease down the sink to prevent clogs. Use the trash for all food waste. Thanks for helping us keep the kitchen running smoothly!

12. Follow Local Fire Restrictions:

• Before using the fire pit, check with and abide by any local fire restrictions or guidelines to ensure safety.

13. Guests must sign a renter agreement form prior to arrival. Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

14. Security Deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed by host on Guest's CC
