The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a King bed and stunning ocean views, one Queen bedroom, and one Twin bedroom (which can be configured as a double upon request). Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in rain showers, with one serving as an ensuite to the master bedroom.

The heart of the home is an inviting open-plan kitchen and living area, crafted to allow cool breezes to flow through. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a large traditional wooden dining table. For those working remotely, a dedicated desk in the lounge paired with high-speed fibre optic WiFi ensures a seamless blend of productivity and paradise. The indoor living space is further enhanced by comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and a collection of books for your enjoyment.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that Pelican Rise is not suitable for children under 5 due to the lack of pool fencing and child-proofing. The villa has limited accessibility with two steps at the entrance. Pets are not allowed. Guests should be comfortable with local wildlife, including friendly outdoor cats and geckos. To protect the villa's furnishings, please avoid using staining sunscreens. Guests based in Antigua and Barbuda are required to provide a $2,000 refundable credit card hold. All guests must complete verification through Truvi prior to arrival.
