This expansive townhome is one of the largest in the area, boasting over 3,140 square feet of living space spread across two floors. The property features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The ground floor hosts one bedroom and a large open-plan living and dining area. The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen, featuring a large island with four bar stools, making it a favorite hang-out spot for visiting families. Sliding doors lead directly to your own private patio and pool area, complete with loungers for soaking up the beautiful Florida weather.

The second floor offers five additional bedrooms and a second lounge area for extra relaxation. Sleeping arrangements include:

• Bedroom 1: King bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2: King bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed sharing a bathroom and walk-in shower with Bedroom 4

While the home provides a private sanctuary, guests enjoy full complimentary access to the state-of-the-art 10,000 sq. ft. resort clubhouse. Facilities include a zero-entry resort-style pool, a lazy river, a kids' water playground with slides, a full gym, a tiki bar and spa, and sports courts for soccer, basketball, tennis, and beach volleyball.

Practical details include a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM check-out. Entry is seamless via an electronic lock with a personal access code. Please note that pets are not allowed. For added comfort, the home provides complimentary pool heating and a BBQ set (guests are required to refill propane). Every room is equipped with smart televisions or Roku sticks, and bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers and essential toiletries.
