For additional flexibility, the front den includes a pullout couch.

The interior is filled with natural sunlight and designed for togetherness. The home boasts a large, open great room and two separate living areas, including a den with fantastic views of the majestic Mingus Mountain. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge with ice maker, a pantry, and a breakfast bar with stools. Enjoy meals in the separate dining area that seats six comfortably or the cozy breakfast nook that provides direct access to the outdoors. A small desk area is also available for those needing a workspace.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For your convenience, the home is accessed via keyless entry and includes a starter kit of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, and lotion, along with a 12-cup drip coffee maker and coffee supplies. Please note that pets are not allowed.
