Riley Estates features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements throughout. The primary suite offers a king bed with spa-inspired ensuite featuring a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Additional accommodations include a spare room with full-sized pull-out couch and workstation, a kids' bunk room sleeping 6 with two 3-story bunks (165 lb. weight limit), a guest room with king bed, and a guest house above the garage with 2 queen beds, kitchenette, and lounge area with Lovesac sectional.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests with a maximum of 12 adults. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. The property features five outdoor security cameras monitoring entrance points, back deck, backyard and pool areas. No pets, smoking, or vaping allowed. Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay for the complete duration. A $500 security deposit is required.
