The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a fantastic view of the coast, while the third bedroom provides two Queen beds overlooking the blue waters. For additional guests, the living room includes a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Onsite garage parking for 2 cars is available. A $50 per car fee for the stay is required, and vehicles must be registered online via a link sent after booking. No passenger vans allowed.
• Rules: Pets are not allowed (ADA service animals require pre-approval from the HOA). Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Deposits & Fees: A refundable $300 security deposit is held after booking and released within 7 days post-checkout.
• Pool Access: 8 wristbands are provided for pool access (children under 8 are exempt) and must be returned to the dining table upon departure.
